This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfortable beds, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff once returned my forgotten earpods, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend it for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed visiting the nearby museums and parks. Breakfast was decent, but there are plenty of other good options around. The staff is friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
We had a bit of a hassle with getting enough bath towels every day. We had to call the front desk multiple times for them, which got a little annoying.

Conveniently positioned near a multi-level shopping mall with various eateries and shops. The king suite offered expansive views and a spacious shower, making it an enjoyable retreat after a long day.
Soundproofing could use some serious upgrades. rooms facing the street let in a lot of traffic noise, especially at night. Furthermore, the breakfast options felt limited, lacking decent hot items like sausage, eggs, or bacon. Also, housekeeping had a tendency to be inconsistent with towel supply, often leaving us short.

The location on Reforma is unbeatable, surrounded by various restaurants and close to parks. The spacious room offered a comfortable bed, and breakfast included delicious traditional bread and fresh coffee. However, there were issues with daily towel supply, a loud bathroom fan, and an inconvenient towel rack height in the shower. WiFi was strong, and staff were friendly throughout my stay.

This hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, and the location is fantastic, just steps away from Reforma 222. Service was friendly, but the soundproofing needs improvement as noise can be disruptive. The breakfast, while adequate, could use a few more options. Overall, a pleasant experience!
